Climate positive workforce
We believe in sustainability and having a positive impact on the environment we live in. Through our partnership with Ecologi, we support projects that remove more greenhouse gases than we put in.
Donations go towards leading CO2 reduction projects with a Gold Standard Certification, ensuring we're supporting the highest-rated projects with the most impact.

Tree planting
Healthy trees store CO2 making them a vital tool in tackling the climate crisis. The projects we support with Ecologi fund thousands of new trees every year, helping to reduce our environmental footprint.
And our tree planting impact goes further. The reforestation projects we support provide benefits to local people, promoting employment, gender equality, new income streams, healthier diets and improved community facilities.

Supporting our team
We believe in supporting the people we work with. That's why we're a Living Wage employer – a voluntary wage rate higher than the government minimum.
The rate is calculated on the real cost of living with a separate rate for our team based in London, ensuring our staff are paid a fair day's pay for a fair day's work.
Caring for our community
The Peak District is a thriving home for nature and people and, as a proud Sheffield-based business, it sits right on our doorstep. But the area is currently under threat.
As a member of the Peak District National Park Foundation, we're helping to preserve it for future generations. Together, we plant trees to increase carbon offsetting, restore the local area and improve natural habitats for wildlife.
